Question: when we open a fresh bottle or any kind of closed vessel or system, and then close, what happens after the bottle take some days? And Why?

Analysis: In thermodynamics, we categorize a system Into three namely; open, closed and isolated system.
Task: to analyze which type of system does the closed bottle or kind of closed vessel belong to. The closed vessel or bottle belong to closed system. Hence, there is no mass flow to the bottle, therefore, nothing can enter/induce into a bottle by physical contact. The close vessel is shown below:
Answer to the question:
The bottle/vessel appear to contains some microorganisms and sometimes macro-organisms (e.g insets) inside it.
Reason for this happening : A time when we open that bottle, the air must induce/enter into the bottle due to the different in pressure between the outside air and the inside bottle (i.e the inside bottle is at lower pressure than the outside air). so, the air pressure overcome the inside bottle pressure and so the air enter into the bottle. After the air enter the bottle, the bottle appear and observe to contains some eggs/ova of microorganisms, this is because the air wil eggs/ova and enter into bottle together (cuz, the eggs/ova have very small masses, so they swing and float in by principle of floatation).
Now, after some days, those eggs/ova become organisms, because fertilization have taken place in and out side the bottle, thereby grown in the bottle. This is how the phenomenon occurs.
Also, I have tested something; I said let me wash the bottle with water, after I took soft drink, I did that and I preserve the bottle up to three days, after those days, the bottle still appears to contains some organisms which surprised me to the lerge extend, so I still deepen my research untill I found the reason.

The reason is that the water I used for this washing contains some bacteria, microorganisms, virus etc those that cannot be seen by naked eye. This is because SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS WAS PROVEN PURE WATER DOES NOT EXIST.therefore, it must be contaminated by some filthy particles, microorganisms, bacteria etc. Hence, after the water passed and wetted the bottle, the organisms deposited their eggs like the way it was deposited by air.
I found that the organisms still appear in the bottle, this is because when I tasted the bottle to my mouth while drinking soft drink, still there is possibility of having microorganisms in my mouth.
